    Postgraduate Education for Dyscalculia Therapists

Postgraduate education programs to become a dyscalculia therapist are now being established, thus reflecting the acceptance of numerical cognition and its impairments as a domain of its own. For instance, a new postgraduate educational program will be hosted at the Private University for Health Sciences, Medical Infonnatics and Technology (UMIT), Institute of Applied Psychology, Hall in Tyrol, Austria. The curriculum encompasses 60 ECTS. Learning contents are modularly organized and encompass theoretical and practical contents to an equal extent. The program may be completed within five semesters.
