Dabei muss einerseits auf die individuelle Symptomatologie und ihren Verlauf und anderseits auf die kurz- und längerfristigen Reaktionen auf die Behandlung Rücksicht genommen werden.

The treatment of patients suffering from idiopathic Parkinson's disease has become more and more complex. From its beginning the treatment has to be tailored to the needs of each patient. Not only the individual symptomatology and its course have to be taken into consideration, but also the short- and longtime reaction to treatment.

Le traitement du syndrome de Parkinson idiopathique est devenu très complexe. Dès le début, chaque patient doit être mis au bénéfice d'un traitement adapté à ses besoins. Pour ce faire, il faut tenir compte de la symptomatologie individuelle et de son évolution ainsi que des réactions à court et long terme provoquées par le traitement.
