Störungen des Sozialverhaltens

Abstract

Die Störungen des Sozialverhaltens gehören zu den häufigsten psychischen Auffälligkeiten im Kindes- und Jugendalter. Diese Störungen sind besonders stabil und wirken sich auf alle Lebensbereiche aus; besonders ungünstig ist die Prognose dann, wenn die Störungen bereits im Kindergartenalter auftreten. Neben den klassischen Erscheinungsformen beobachtet man seit einigen Jahren neue Problemverhaltensweisen, die Erscheinungsformen der Störungen des Sozialverhaltens aufweisen (z. B. Cyber-Mobbing). Die Ursachenforschung im Kontext der Störungen des Sozialverhaltens kann als besonders produktiv bewertet werden. Psychosoziale, neuropsychologische und neurobiologische Risikofaktoren sind bekannt; geschlechtsspezifische Entwicklungsmodelle werden diskutiert. Verhaltenstherapeutische Behandlungsansätze weisen die besten Evidenzen auf.


Conduct disorder

Conduct disorders are among the most frequent psychological disorders in childhood and adolescence. These disorders have proved to be particularly stable and to affect all areas of life. The prognosis is especially unfavorable if disorders occur at kindergarten age. In recent years new forms of problem behavior (e. g., cyber-bullying) have emerged alongride the classical forms. Causal studies in the context of conduct disorders have been extremely productive. Psychosocial, neuropsychological, and neurobiological risk factors are known and gender-specific development models are under discussion.
