Der Fragebogen zur Arbeit im Team (F-A-T)

Published Online: Doi: https://doi.org/10.1026//0932-4089.45.1.26

Questionnaire on Teamwork

Abstract. Trends in organizational practice - such as the increasing use of project teams, management task forces, quality circles and semi-autonomous work groups - suggest that groups are indeed becoming a common way to get things done in organizations. Nevertheless, there is a lack of psychometrically valid measures in science and practice of how people behave in teams. The Questionaire on Teamwork fills this gap. On the basic of a factor analytic data analysis two scales with two subscales each were confirmed and psychometrically tested, that can give hints for team development. The scales focus on the one hand on person (cohesion, willingness to accept responsibility) and on the other hand on structure (task accomplishment, objective orientation).
