Traumatische Schulterluxation – ein praktischer Leitfaden
Abstract
Zusammenfassung. Traumatische Schulterluxationen treten oft bei jungen Sportlern und bei älteren Menschen im Rahmen von Stürzen oder Unfällen auf. Mit diesem Artikel geben wir einen Überblick über die Epidemiologie, typische Mechanismen, die zu einer Luxation führen und geben einen praktischen Leitfaden zum Management der Akutsituation. Ein Schwerpunkt liegt neben der klinischen Untersuchung und dem typischen Erscheinungsbild auf der notwendigen Bildgebung. Es werden Repositionstechniken sowie typische Begleitverletzungen und die Nachbehandlung erläutert.
Abstract. Traumatic dislocation of the shoulder joint is a common injury. Young patients suffer from dislocations usually during leisure and competitive activities, the elderly are prone for injuries because of falls. We provide an overview about state-of-the-art management in first traumatic shoulder dislocations. Besides an overview for mechanisms leading to injuries, we describe first line therapy as well as techniques to reposition the shoulder. First time traumatic glenohumeral dislocations can usually be treated without surgery, we elucidate the topic regarding the need for further imaging as well as possible injuries accompanying the dislocation.
