Intra-arterial thrombolysis of digital artery occlusions in a patient with polycythemia vera

Abstract. There are limited therapeutic options for the resolution of digital artery occlusions. Intra-arterial thrombolysis with anticoagulative and thrombolytic drugs successfully restored the blood flow in the affected digital arteries.
