Computerbasierte Lernverlaufsdiagnostik
Abstract
Abstract. Learning progress assessment uses repeated measures of achievement to provide teachers with diagnostic information about the effectiveness of instruction. Most important criteria for the implementation of learning progress assessment are a maximum of simplicity and practicality as well as high technical adequacy of the tests. Web-based approaches like the quop-system, which is described in this chapter, fulfil these criteria. Evaluation of effectiveness shows that web-based progress measuring leads to higher learning gains. However, teacher training and information with respect to the concept of formative assessment should be offered to provide teachers with a helpful theoretical background to implement learning progress assessment.
