Kurzfassung der S1-Leitlinie „Rehabilitation bei Störungen der Raumkognition“ (AWMF-030/126)

Zusammenfassung. Gegenwärtig mangelt es noch an randomisierten und kontrollierten Studien zur Behandlung von Störungen der Raumkognition. Lediglich bei der Behandlung des Neglects kann für einige der vorgeschlagenen Therapieverfahren auf methodisch hochwertigere Studien zurückgegriffen werden. Trotzdem bieten gut durchgeführte und dokumentierte Einzelfall- oder Kleingruppen-Therapiestudien hilfreiche und valide Hinweise zur Behandlung auch anderer Störungen der Raumkognition.
