Evaluation und Qualitätsoptimierung der sportpsychologischen Betreuungsarbeit im deutschen Spitzensport

Abstract

Zusammenfassung. Die Evaluation der Wirksamkeit von Interventionen zur Leistungsverbesserung ist eine der größten Herausforderungen der angewandten Sportpsychologie. Verschiedene Modellvorstellungen mit unterschiedlichen Evaluationsschwerpunkten existieren in anderen Bereichen der angewandten Psychologie. Dieser Beitrag stellt aktuelle Konzepte zur Ausbildungs-, Prozess- und Ergebnisevaluation in der Sportpsychologie sowie auch in anderen Fachdisziplinen (Klinische Psychologie) vor. Abschließend werden diese Erkenntnisse zusammengefasst und ein Ansatz zur Evaluation und Qualitätsoptimierung der sportpsychologischen Betreuungsarbeit in Deutschland vorgestellt.


Evaluation and quality optimization of sport psychological coaching in German high performance sport

Abstract. Evaluation of the efficacy of interventions for the improvement of performance is one of the major challenges of applied sport psychology. Various models with different focuses of evaluation exist in other fields of applied psychology. We elaborate current concepts of education evaluation, process evaluation, and performance evaluation in sport psychology and related fields (clinical psychology). These concepts are summarized and integrated into an approach for evaluation and quality optimization of sport psychology coaching in Germany.
