Neuroophthalmologische Rehabilitation – Diagnostik und Therapie neurovisueller Störungen
Abstract
Zusammenfassung. Neuroophthalmologische Störungen sind in der Rehabilitation hirnverletzter Patienten ein häufiges Phänomen, das sich sehr facettenreich präsentiert. Sehschärfe, Augenstellung und Gesichtsfeld gilt es zu messen, um eine zielgerichtete Therapie mit optischen Hilfsmitteln, Trainingsverfahren oder einer augenärztlichen Intervention zu veranlassen. In das interdisziplinäre Team einer neurologischen Rehabilitationseinrichtung gehören daher neuroophthalmologisch kompetente Fachpersonen.
Abstract. Neuroophthalmological disorders are a frequent and multi-faceted phenomenon in the rehabilitation of brain-injured patients. Visual acuity, eye position and visual field are to be investigated in order to allow a targeted therapy using optical aids, specific exercises or an ophthalmological intervention.
