Wegener Granulomatose

Nous décrivons six patients, dont quatre femmes et deux hommes, agés de 61 à 83 ans, qui ont été traités pour une Granulomatose de Wegener. Nous soulignons les symptômes et la radiologie et, en respect de notre specialité médicale, nous soulignons les aspects pulmonaires de cette vasculite. Se référant aux descriptions des cas nous discutons la présentation clinique et les aspects diagnostiques de la Granulomatose de Wegener chez une population âgée.

Wir beschreiben vier Patientinnen und zwei Patienten im Alter zwischen 63 und 81 Jahren, welche bei uns stationär oder ambulant wegen einer neu diagnostizierten Wegener Granulomatose behandelt wurden. Dabei gehen wir insbesondere auf die Klinik und die Radiologie ein und berücksichtigen entsprechend unserem fachlichen Schwerpunkt die pulmonalen Aspekte der Erkrankung. Anhand dieser sechs Fallbeispiele werden wir die Symptomatik und die Diagnose der Wegener Granulomatose beim älteren Patienten diskutieren.

We describe four females and two males between 63 and 81 years old, who have been treated at our department for Wegener Granulomatosis. Thereby we focus on the clinical presentation and radiological signs, and respectively to our speciality we highlight the pulmonary aspects of the disease. Referring to these six case reports we discuss the diagnosis and the clinical course of Wegener Granulomatosis in the elderly.
