Ultraschallausbildung am Ultraschallsimulator

Die Ultraschallausbildung lässt sich durch Schulung am Ultraschallsimulator verbessern, wobei die subjektive Akzeptanz der Simulatorausbildung noch nicht evaluiert wurde. Diese untersuchten wir bei Ultraschallkursteilnehmern der verschiedensten Qualifikationsniveaus im Rahmen eines Kurses der abdominellen Notfallsonographie während eines internationalen Ultraschall-Kongresses, während eines DEGUM Sonographie Grund-, Aufbau- und Refresherkurses und während einer Schulung in einem deutschen Schwerpunktkankenhaus und einem Universitätsklinikum. Insgesamt beurteilten 62.3% aller Kursteilnehmer die Bildqualität der Simulatorfälle als gut. Die Fallauswahl wurde von 84.3% der Kursteilnehmer und der Lernerfolg von 92.7% der Kursteilnehmer als gut beurteilt. 98.5% der Teilnehmer wünschten die Entwicklung weiterer Simulator-basierter Ultraschallkurse und 95.3% der Teilnehmer regten eine generelle Integration der Simulatorschulung in die Ultraschallausbildung an.

Ultrasound education improves by simulator training, however, the acceptance of ultrasound simulator training has not been investigated. Therefore we evaluated the participants response to simulator education during an ultrasound course of abdominal emergencies at an international ultrasound congress, at a regular ultrasound course and during courses at a regional hospital and an university hospital. Altogether, 62.3% of the participants judged the simulator image quality to be good. 84.3% considered the case selection to be good and 92.7% of the participants viewed the educational benefit to be good. 98.5% whished to have further ultrasound simulator courses to be developed and 95.3% of the participants opted for the integration of simulator training into the conventionalultrasound education.

La formation aux techniques d'ultrasons peut être améliorée par l'utilisation d'un simulateur, l'acceptabilité subjective d'une telle formation n'a cependant pas encore été évaluée. Cette acceptabilité a fait l'objet d'une étude auprès de participants de niveaux de qualification très différents d'un cours de sonographie abdominale d'urgence, d'une formation de base, d'un niveau plus avancé et lors d'une formation continue de la société allemande de sonographie médicale dans un hôpital aigu allemand et une clinique universitaire. 62.3% des tous les participants ont considéré la qualité des images comme bonne. Le choix des cas a été évalué comme bon par 84.3% et la formation un succès par 92.7% des participants à ces cours. 98.5% souhaitaient d'autres cours d'ultrasons par simulateurs et 95.3% une intégration générale des simulateurs dans la formation de sonographie.
