Überprüfung der ­Gütekriterien des ­Freiburger ­Screeningfragebogens zur Identifizierung von Risiko­patienten für die Entwicklung einer Posttrau­matischen Belastungs­störung an der Gruppe schwerverletzter ­Unfallpatienten

Abstract

Zusammenfassung.Berechnung der Validität und Reliabilität des Freiburger Screeningfragebogens zur Identifizierung von Risikopatienten für die Entwicklung einer Posttraumatischen Belastungsstörung (PTBS) nach einem Verkehrsunfall an einer Gruppe Schwerverletzter. Methode: Psychodiagnostische Untersuchung von 59 stationär unfallchirurgisch behandelten Patienten direkt nach einem Unfall u. a. mit dem Freiburger Screeningfragebogen. Ermittlung der Prävalenz für PTBS 6 Monate nach dem Unfall. Berechnung der prognostischen, divergenten und konvergenten Validität des Screeners. Ergebnisse: Bei einem Cut-Off-Wert von 3: beste Sensitivität (87 %) und höchste Spezifität (69 %), negativer Vorhersagewert 93 %, positiver Vorhersagewert 52 %. Trennschärfe : .51, Fragebogenschwierigkeit: .30, Interitemkorrelation: .31. Cronbach’s α : .82. Konvergente Validität: nicht zufriedenstellend. Schlussfolgerung: Es konnte nicht repliziert werden, dass dieser Fragebogen selektiv PTBS ermittelt.


Examination of quality criteria of the Freiburger Screening Fragebogen to identify patients at risk for the development of a post-traumatic stress disorder in the group of severely injured accident patients

Abstract. Examination of the psychometric properties of the Freiburger Screening Questionnaire for the Identification of Patients at Risk for the Development of a Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) for severely injured accident victims. Methods: Psychodiagnostical test of 59 surgically treated patients some days after an accident. 6 month later we tested which patients suffer from PTSD. Results: At a cutoff-score of 3: best sensitivity (87 %) and specifity (69 %).
