Le Groupe Prévention et Traitement des Plaies des Hospices-CHUV

Die Wundpflege stellt in der Betreuung einer immer älter werdenden Population mit chronischen Erkrankungen eine tägliche Herausforderung für Pflegende aller Disziplinen dar. Seit einigen Jahren gibt es im CHUV, Lausanne, eine interdisziplinäre Gruppe, welche die Pflegenden speziell in der Wundpflege unterstützt. Es wurden verschiedene Entscheidungshilfen und Richtlinien sowie ein Programm mit regelmässigen Weiterbildungsveranstaltungen erarbeitet. In dieser Übersicht berichten die Autorinnen über den Aufbau dieser Gruppe und die Erfahrungen in den ersten beiden Jahren.

Le traitement des plaies est une difficulté que les soignants de toute spécialité rencontrent au quotidien dans la prise en charge de patients d´une population vieillissante et souffrant de maladies chroniques. Un groupe interdisciplinaire s´est créé depuis quelques années au sein des Hospices-CHUV pour aider les soignants dans leur prise en charge des patients présentant des plaies. Ce groupe a élaboré divers outils d´aide à la décision et offre une gamme de formations continues aux collaborateurs impliqués. Les auteurs décrivent la démarche du groupe et les supports réalisés durant les deux premières années d´expérience.

The treatment of wounds is a challenge that caregivers of all specialities encounter daily in the care of an ageing population and chronically ill patients. An interdisciplinary group has been created in recent years within the Hospices-CHUV to assist caregivers in their care of patients with wounds. This group has developed a variety of tools to assist decisionmaking and offers a range of continuing education for those employees involved in wound care. The authors describe the approach of the group and the documents produced during the first two years of experience.
