Nicht-melanozytärer Hautkrebs
Abstract
Zusammenfassung. Der nicht-melanozytäre Hautkrebs (NMSC) ist der häufigste Krebs weltweit mit stetig zunehmender Inzidenz. Hierzu zählen vor allem das Basalzellkarzinom und das spinozelluläre Karzinom. Die Prävention beinhaltet den UV-Schutz, eventuell unterstützt durch Chemoprophylaxe. Regelmässige Kontrollen sind notwendig (bei Risikogruppen sehr engmaschig), um neue NMSC frühzeitig erkennen und behandeln zu können. Die Therapie besteht üblicherweise in Lokalbehandlung (in situ: nicht-invasiv; invasiv: Totalexzision oder Radiotherapie), in sehr seltenen Fällen ist eine Lymphknotenextirpation, adjuvante Radiotherapie oder eine Systemtherapie notwendig.
Abstract. Non-melanoma skin cancer (NMSC) is the most common cancer worldwide with rising incidence, consisting of mostly basal and squamous cell carcinoma. Prevention includes UV protection, occasionally assisted by chemoprophylaxis. Continuous follow-up is obligatory (risk groups require strict control) for early treatment of new NMSCs. Treatment consists of local control (in situ: non-invasive; invasive: excision or radiation therapy); only in minor cases, lymph node dissection, radiation therapy or systemic treatment is required.
Résumé. Le cancer non-mélanique (NMSC) de la peau est le cancer le plus fréquent au monde avec une augmentation de son incidence. Parmi celui-ci comptent les carcinomes basocellulaire et épidermoïde. La prévention consiste en une protection UV et possiblement la prophylaxie médicamenteuse. Les contrôles réguliers sont nécessaires afin d’identifier de nouveaux NMSCs à temps et de les traiter; les groupes à risque nécessitent des contrôles dermatologiques plus fréquents. Le traitement est généralement localement (lésions in situ: traitement non-invasif; lésions invasives: traitement par excision ou radiothérapie). Seulement dans de rares cas, une excision du ganglion lymphatique suivi de radiothérapie ou thérapie systémique est nécessaire.
