Abstract
Zusammenfassung. Entzündliche Vulvadermatosen umfassen eine Vielzahl von Erkrankungen – viele von ihnen haben einen chronischen Verlauf mit signifikanter Morbidität. Die Diagnose und vor allem die Behandlung kann eine Herausforderung für den Kliniker darstellen und erfordert oftmals eine interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit. Diese Übersicht umfasst die häufigsten nicht-infektiösen und nicht-malignen Vulvaerkrankungen – aus dermatologischer Sicht. In diesem Review werden die typischen klinischen Symptome, das klinische Erscheinungsbild sowie die Behandlungsmodalitäten der wichtigsten nicht-infektiösen Vulvadermatosen behandelt; eine Erwähnung finden zudem wichtige dermatologische Differenzialdiagnosen, die nicht vergessen werden sollten.
Abstract. Inflammatory vulvar diseases include a variety of disorders – many of which have a chronic course with significant morbidity. Diagnosis and especially treatment can be challenging for the clinician and warrant an interdisciplinary approach. This review covers the most common non-infectious and non-malignant vulvar diseases – from a dermatological point of view. The typical clinical symptoms, clinical appearances, treatment modalities of the main non-infectious vulvar diseases are highlighted; additionally, important dermatological differential diagnoses which should not be forgotten will be mentioned.
Résumé. Les maladies vulvaires inflammatoires comprennent une variété de troubles, dont beaucoup ont une évolution chronique avec une morbidité importante. Le diagnostic et surtout le traitement peuvent s’avérer difficiles sur le plan clinique et justifient une approche multidisciplinaire. Ce travail passe en revue les maladies vulvaires non infectieuses et non malignes les plus courantes d’un point de vue dermatologique. Les symptômes cliniques typiques, les options et les modalités de traitement sont décrits, ainsi que les diagnostics différentiels importants qu’il ne faut pas oublier.
