Zusammenfassung. Zusammenfassung: Die diplomierten Experten und Expertinnen in der Anästhesiepflege sind verantwortlich für einen ganzheitlichen Anästhesiepflegeprozess. Dieser beinhaltet eine anspruchsvolle, qualitativ hochstehende und sicherheitsorientierte Dienstleistung im Rahmen der Anästhesie und der Schmerzmedizin für Patientinnen und Patienten aller Altersklassen und Gesundheitszustände. Je nach Institution und Arbeitsumfeld wird dies auch die Betreuung bei Organspenden und/oder Transplantationen einschliessen. Speziell in diesem hochspezialisierten Bereich nehmen diplomierte Anästhesiepflegende über die unmittelbare Patientinnen- und Patientenbetreuung hinaus auch viele koordinative, planerische, vorbereitende und technische Aufgaben wahr. Zu einer langfristig erfolgreichen Organspende und -Transplantation ist eine ausserordentlich enge und sorgfältige Zusammenarbeit vieler verschiedener Disziplinen und Professionen nötig. Nur so kann die Patientin/der Patient am Schluss von einem optimalen Ergebnis profitieren, d.h. viele zusätzliche Lebensjahre in hoher Qualität gewinnen.
Abstract. Abstract: The certified experts in anesthesia nursing are responsible for a holistic process of anesthesia care. This includes demanding, high-quality and safety-oriented service in the field of anesthesia and pain medicine for patients of all age groups and health conditions. Depending on their institution and working environment, these experts will also deliver patient care in the case of organ donation and/or transplantation. In this highly specialized field, certified anesthesiology nurses take on many coordinative, planning, preparatory and technical tasks in addition to direct patient care. Long-term success of organ donation and transplantation requires an extraordinarily close and careful cooperation between many different disciplines and professions. Only in this way will patients benefit from optimal results, i.e. gain many additional years with high quality of life.
Résumé. Résumé: Les experts certifiés en soins anesthésiques sont responsables d'un processus de soins anesthésiques holistique. Cela inclut un service exigeant, de haute qualité et axé sur la sécurité dans le cadre de l'anesthésie et de la médecine de la douleur pour les patients de tous âges et de toutes conditions sanitaires. Selon l'institution et l'environnement de travail, cela comprendra également les soins aux patients en cas de dons et/ou de transplantations d'organes. Dans ce domaine hautement spécialisé, les infirmières en anesthésie certifiées assument de nombreuses tâches de coordination, de planification, de préparation et de technique, en plus des soins directs aux patients. Le succès à long terme du don et de la transplantation d'organes exige une coopération exceptionnellement étroite et minutieuse entre de nombreuses disciplines et professions différentes. C'est la seule façon pour le patient de bénéficier en fin de compte d'un résultat optimal, c'est-à-dire de gagner de nombreuses années de vie supplémentaires de haute qualité.
