Sportpsychiatrie und -psychotherapie im Leistungssport
Interdisziplinäre und interprofessionelle Versorgung undZusammenarbeit
Abstract
Zusammenfassung. Psychische Beschwerden und Erkrankungen sind häufige Gesundheitsprobleme im Leistungssport, und psychische Gesundheit ist wie körperliche Gesundheit und Leistung eine integrale Dimension im Leistungssport. Die Förderung der psychischen Gesundheit und ein sicherer Umgang mit psychischen Beschwerden und Erkrankungen im Leistungssport erfordern eine qualifizierte medizinische Fachdisziplin für die psychische Gesundheit: die Sportpsychiatrie und -psychotherapie sowie ein interdisziplinäres und interprofessionelles Verständnis der Versorgung und Zusammenarbeit. Im folgenden Artikel wird auf die Sportpsychiatrie und -psychotherapie im Leistungssport eingegangen und es werden (i) die Förderung der psychischen Gesundheit und Prävention, (ii) das Tandemkonzept der interprofessionellen Versorgung und Zusammenarbeit, (iii) Diagnostik, Therapie und Nachsorge psychischer Störungen und Erkrankungen und (iv) die Aus- und Weiterbildung in der Sportpsychiatrie und -psychotherapie vorgestellt und diskutiert.
Abstract. Mental complaints and illnesses are common health problems in competitive sports, and mental health, like physical health and performance, is an integral dimension in competitive sports. The promotion of mental health and safe management of mental complaints and illnesses in competitive sports requires a qualified medical discipline for mental health: sports psychiatry as well as an interdisciplinary and interprofessional understanding of care and cooperation. In the following article, sports psychiatry in competitive sports will be addressed and (i) mental health promotion and prevention, (ii) the tandem concept of interprofessional care and collaboration, (iii) diagnosis, treatment, and aftercare of mental disorders and illnesses, and (iv) education and training in sports psychiatry will be presented and discussed.
Résumé. Les troubles et les maladies psychiques sont des problèmes de santé fréquents dans le sport de compétition, et la santé mentale, tout comme la santé physique et la performance, est une dimension à part entière du sport de compétition. La promotion de la santé mentale et une gestion sûre des troubles et des maladies mentales dans le sport de compétition nécessitent une discipline médicale qualifiée en matière de santé mentale: la psychiatrie et la psychothérapie du sport, ainsi qu’une compréhension interdisciplinaire et interprofessionnelle des soins et de la coopération. L’article suivant traite de la psychiatrie et de la psychothérapie du sport dans le sport de compétition et il présente et discute (i) la promotion de la santé mentale et la prévention, (ii) le concept tandem de soins et de collaboration interprofessionnels, (iii) le diagnostic, le traitement et le suivi des troubles et des maladies mentales et (iv) la formation initiale et continue en psychiatrie et psychothérapie du sport.
