Klinische Forschung zur psychotherapeutischen und psychosomatischen Versorgung

Abstract

Dieser Beitrag vermittelt den Wissensstand zur klinischen Forschung in der psychotherapeutischen und psychosomatischen Versorgung. Für die Entwicklung und Etablierung von klinischen Leitlinien ist ein standardisiertes evidenzbasiertes Vorgehen in der klinischen Praxis eine grundlegende Voraussetzung. Die Wirksamkeit von Psychotherapie in der Behandlung der meisten psychosozialen Störungen ist gut belegt. Jedoch reicht die gegenwärtig verfügbare wissenschaftliche Evidenz alleine nicht aus, um eine Weiterentwicklung der klinischen Forschung in der Psychotherapie und psychosomatischen Medizin gewährleisten zu können. Deshalb müssen vermehrt klinisch-kontrollierte Untersuchungen durchgeführt werden. Vorwiegend klinische Studien des Jahres 2013 umfassend, gibt dieser Beitrag eine Übersicht über aktuelle Entwicklungen und Ergebnisse der klinischen Forschung in der psychotherapeutischen und psychosomatischen Versorgung.


Clinical research on psychotherapeutic and psychosomatic care

This article provides the current state of knowledge of clinical research in psychotherapy and psychosomatic care. A standardized evidence-based approach in clinical practice seems to be essential for the development and establishment of clinical guidelines. The effectiveness of psychotherapy and psychosomatic medicine for the treatment of most psychosocial disorders has been well documented. However, the currently available scientific evidence is not sufficient enough to ensure further development of clinical research in psychotherapy and psychosomatic medicine. Additionally, more controlled clinical studies need to be performed. Prevalent involving clinical studies performed in 2013, this article gives an overview about recent developments and results of clinical research in psychotherapeutic and psychosomatic care.
