Diagnostik bei Schizophrenie

Abstract

Zusammenfassung. Es wird eine Übersicht über die wichtigsten deutschsprachigen diagnostischen Instrumente gegeben, die zur Verwendung bei Schizophrenie geeignet sind. Die Verfahren werden, je nach Fragestellung, in unterschiedlichen Krankheitsphasen eingesetzt. Neben klinischen Interviews zur klassifikatorischen Diagnostik werden Fremd- und Selbstbeurteilungsverfahren zur Dokumentation psychopathologischer Symptome dargestellt. Die beschriebenen Verfahren berücksichtigen sowohl psychotische Phänomene i.e.S. (Wahn, Halluzination) als auch Lebensqualität, Krankheitseinsicht und soziale Folgen der Erkrankung.


Diagnostic procedures for schizophrenia

Abstract. This paper gives an overview of the most important German-language diagnostic instruments suitable for use in schizophrenia. The procedures are implemented in different phases of the disorder, depending on the nature of questions involved. In addition to clinical interviews for diagnostic classification, self-rating and observer rating scales of psychopathological symptoms are presented. The procedures described take into account psychotic phenomena (e.g., delusions, hallucinations) as well as quality of life, insight, and social consequences of the disorder.
