Konsummuster, Substitution und Beikonsum von obdachlosen Drogenabhängigen
Abstract
Die Konsummuster sowie das Problem des Beikonsums wurden anhand der Interviewdaten von 84 obdachlosen Drogenabhängigen aus der offenen Hamburger Drogenszene untersucht. Bei insgesamt polyvalentem Drogenkonsum ließen sich mittels Clusteranalyse vier Teilgruppen anhand ihrer Konsummuster unterscheiden. Die Substituierten mit Kontakt zur offenen Szene zeigten einen sehr problematischen Beikonsum. Die Ergebnisse weisen auf die Notwendigkeit zusätzlicher therapeutischer Interventionen bei Substitutions- und Heroinverschreibungsprogrammen hin.
Drug consumption patterns and the problem of coabuse were investigated on the basis of interview data from 84 homeless drug addicts of the open drug scene in Hamburg. With altogether polyvalent drug use four groups could be differentiated on the basis of their consumption patterns by means of cluster analysis. Subjects under maintenance treatment with contact to the open drug scene showed a very problematic coabuse. The obtained results indicate that there is a need to provide additional therapeutic interventions in methadone maintenance and heroin prescription programs.
