Fragebogen zur Erfassung von Commitment gegenüber Organisation, Beruf/Tätigkeit, Team, Führungskraft und Beschäftigungsform
Abstract
COMMIT (Felfe & Franke, 2012) ist ein psychometrisch überprüftes Verfahren zur Erfassung von Commitment (Bindung) von Mitarbeitern in Bezug auf verschiedene arbeitsbezogene Aspekte (Foci) wie Organisation, Beruf/Tätigkeit, Beschäftigungsstatus, Vorgesetzter und Team/Arbeitsgruppe, das im Rahmen von Mitarbeiterbefragungen zum Einsatz kommen kann. Der Fragebogen dient der standardisierten Selbsteinschätzung der eigenen arbeitsbezogenen Einstellungen und kann im Rahmen von Organisations-, Team- oder Individualdiagnosen genutzt werden. Der vorliegende Beitrag beschreibt Zielsetzung, theoretische Hintergründe, Aufbau, Durchführung und psychometrische Gütekriterien des Verfahrens und liefert Hinweise auf mögliche Weiterentwicklungen.
COMMIT (Felfe & Franke, 2012) is a psychometrically validated questionnaire to assess employee’s commitment with regard to different aspects like organization, occupation, form of employment, supervisor and team. The inventory measures work-related attitudes in a standardized way and can be used for employee surveys in the context of organizational, team or individual diagnosis. This paper describes aims, theory, layout, execution, and psychometric properties of the inventory and proposes future developments.
